1. Access your email using "webmail." and your domain name (i.e. webmail.yourdomain.com).
2. Login with your username (i.e. jsmith@yourdomain.com) and password.
3. Click the "Compose" icon at the top of the page.
4. Enter the recipient's email address in the "To:" text box.
5. Enter the text of the message in the text box and click "Send" to send now or "Save Draft" to save the message to send later.
